Welcome to a new era of European American football. The American Football League Europe (AFLE) brings together eight top teams from across the continent, all with one clear goal: the AFLE Gold Bowl 2026.

The inaugural season kicks off on 23 May 2026. Eight franchises from seven countries take the field: Panthers Wroclaw, Vienna Vikings, Rhein Fire, Berlin Thunder, Alpine Rams, Paris Lights, Firenze Red Lions, and the London Warriors. Across 14 weeks of regular season action and the playoffs, they battle for a place in the final. It is about rivalries, defining moments, and the race to the top of European football.

The journey leads to Duisburg. On 6 September 2026, the two best teams in Europe will meet at the Schauinsland-Reisen-Arena for the AFLE Gold Bowl. One game that the entire season builds towards and that will crown the new champion.
